Prepping for a Good Week
A trip to the grocery store + an hour in the kitchen = food for the week!
We have red, orange, and yellow peppers, carrot sticks, chopped broccoli, and pineapple.
15 potatoes are baked and ready to be fried for breakfast or turned into a quick lunch or snack. Gotta love the Instant Pot!
Our chicken and pork marinade went on pork chops and chicken tenders. Those went on the grill along with pineapple.
We served it all with some roasted broccoli.
It was good and kid approved!
