Ice Cream? On Whole 30?

This is a very simple "ice cream" recipe that you can adapt to your taste. The base is frozen bananas and coconut milk. When our bananas start to get too ripe, we peel and freeze them.
Today I took 3 frozen bananas and 1/3 of a can of coconut milk and mixed them in the blender for several minutes. (our blender is not great, so it probably takes a lot longer in it than in a normal blender)
The consistency is very close to a Frosty and the flavor is great. I add unsweetened coconut flakes to mine, because I like it. You can add any fruit to this and and keep it in the freezer to serve like ice cream, but I am never able to wait that long to eat it.
