Happy Anniversary to Us!
Yesterday was our anniversary! Not our wedding anniversary, that's in September, but our Whole 30 Anniversary. Last year on June 1st we started the 30 days that changed our lives. We wanted to celebrate, and we figured what better way than to do another Whole 30. So, we are starting tomorrow.
I'll be spending some of today, which happens to be a somewhat rainy Saturday, in the kitchen finishing up our prep. I have listed the meals we are going to eat for the month, and I will post pics and recipes as we cook them. I have also listed other foods that we keep on hand. These are foods that we enjoy eating and that work for our family when we are on a Whole 30.
If you have questions about something, or would like a recipe before it is posted, just message me and I will get it to you.

Using fresh ingredients when prepping makes a big difference. I love being able to use herbs straight from our garden to put together our spice mixes, sauces, and meals. If you are local to us, you are welcome to our fresh herbs!
I'll be back soon with some more Whole 30 prep tips and stories. Have a great day!
